      Susan Knorr, Principal
Susan brings over 20 years of experience in executive sales and 
marketing management.  She has launched dozens of software 
products and Internet services, and has experience with a variety of 
technologies including hardware, software, database, security, network 
management, Internet services and social media.  She has co-founded 
and sold a software company of her own and most recently assisted with 
the acquisition by Oracle of a security company.
Susan has held senior level leadership positions at Central Point 
Software (desktop management tools), Quarterdeck (Internet software), 
Quova (business intelligence solutions), Bharosa (security software) 
and Oracle (identity management).  She has sold to a wide variety of 
industries including finance, e-commerce, manufacturing, internet 
service providers, and SaaS companies.
Her experience includes direct sales to small, mezzanine, mid-size and 
Fortune 500 companies.  She has managed direct sales, inside sales, 
internet marketing, value-added reseller sales, retail channel sales, and 
on-line sales.  She has extensive International experience selling to over 
100 countries worldwide. Her expertise includes sales strategy, 
marketing strategy, marketing communications and tactical execution of 
sales and marketing plans.
      
      Carlos A. Machado, Principal
Carlos brings over 20 years of consulting and business experience at 
early-stage and established technology companies. He has created and 
managed software development, professional services and customer 
support organizations. He has managed engagements delivering 
multi-million dollar solutions for Fortune 100 customers, and has 
worked directly with senior management in industries including financial 
services, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, life sciences, food 
and agriculture.
Carlos has held senior leadership positions at WIPRO Technologies 
(global high-tech services), Quova (geolocation solutions), Model N 
(revenue management and electronic marketplaces), Comergent 
(demand-chain management), Sybase (interactive TV and media 
management) and Agbiolab (biotechnology consulting).
He has had complete responsibility for global delivery of services, 
managed offshore resources, led sales, and participated in international 
business development efforts in various industries. His experience 
includes management and technical consulting, program and project 
management, software development, systems integration and customer
